1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zenvra Express services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Description

Zenvra Express provides logistics and shipping services including but not limited to air freight, ocean freight, road transport, and warehousing services. We act as an intermediary between customers and various carriers, customs agencies, and other service providers.

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your shipments, including but not limited to package contents, weight, dimensions, value, and destination details.

3.2 Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship prohibited or restricted items as defined by applicable laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, weapons, and items restricted by international shipping regulations.

3.3 Packaging

Proper packaging is your responsibility unless you have specifically contracted our professional packaging services. Inadequate packaging may result in damage for which we cannot be held liable.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Shipping rates are calculated based on various factors including weight, dimensions, destination, service type, and current market conditions. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept cryptocurrency payments including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Additional fees may apply for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and other services.

4.3 Late Payments

Overdue accounts may be subject to service suspension and additional fees. Shipments requiring payment for customs clearance may be returned to sender if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

5. Liability and Insurance

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the amount specified in applicable transportation regulations, whichever is less. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages.

5.2 Insurance

Cargo insurance is available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time of shipment. Without insurance, our liability is limited as described above.

5.3 Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery or within 21 days of shipment date for non-delivery. Written notice with supporting documentation is required.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to weather, customs delays, strikes, or other force majeure events.

6.2 Delivery Attempts

We will make reasonable attempts to deliver packages to the specified address. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or recipient unavailability, additional fees may apply for redelivery attempts or return shipping.

7. Customs and Duties

International shipments are subject to customs inspection and may incur duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the consignee unless other arrangements have been made. We may assist with customs clearance for an additional fee.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where our company is headquartered.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zenvra Express is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
